What sort of people is National Foods looking for?
We are looking for people who have the potential to become our future leaders. It’s not just about
marks, we are interested in finding out about you the individual – outside interests, work experience,

the selection process. View the competencies and definitions.
This will help you think of examples of how you have demonstrated these at university/work/other outside

with National Foods.

In order to gain the breadth of experience required, we expect our graduates to be willing to relocate.
However, we will take into account any personal preferences where possible.
